Start by entering the company name into our free lookup tool. We check against the current FTSE 350 and our historic database of mergers to identify exactly which Registrar manages the share records today.

Contact & Verify

We provide the direct phone number, email, and website for the correct Registrar (e.g. Equiniti, Computershare). Use these details to contact them directly. They will verify your identity and confirm if any dividends are unpaid or held in suspense.

Submit & Reclaim

Once confirmed, the Registrar will send you the necessary forms (Indemnity or Mandate forms). Complete these to update your details. The Registrar will then reissue your dividends directly to your bank account.
